We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us, so upon receipt of your material please inspect it thoroughly for shipping damage prior to accepting delivery. If there is damage to the package, refuse shipment.
After opening, please inspect again for shipping damage, defects, or issues. We advise you to keep the wrapping materials until you have had a chance to inspect and check your order. If you have any of the above, please contact customer service for instructions within 30 days of receipt. We will not accept shipping damage claims after that time.
If you are not satisfied with your product, please reach out to customer service to set up an RMA. Any material returned without an RMA will not be accepted. You will receive a refund for your purchase, minus any freight costs incurred for the return shipment. Please note that custom orders are not eligible for return.
