AquaWeave™ is a combination of PVC and Olefin yarns woven together to create a variety of looks. The HydraFelt™ backing is adhered via a liquid fusion process that provides built-in cushioning. The construction is designed for outdoor applications and has been used in the marine environment for years.

The fibers and yarns will not promote mold or mildew growth. In addition, they are treated with Microban® anti-microbial protection. However, the right combination of organic matter (dirt and spills), moisture and trapped heat can cause growth. The simple solution is to clean up dirt and spills as they happen.

No – the flooring is UV stabilized so that it will not fade or discolor in the sunlight.

AquaWeave™ is easy to maintain. Vacuum and/or hose off occasionally to prevent build up. When necessary, use a non-solvent based cleaner to remove stubborn stains, always being careful to remove all cleaner residues with water. Avoid acetone, Pine-Sol and citrus based cleaners. Do not pressure wash or use harsh bristle brushes.

We recommend cleaning and storing the rug during the winter months in cold climates to limit exposure to extreme conditions.

The answer varies depending on the size of rug, surface it is on, and what is on top of the rug. In most cases non-slip is not necessary. However, in certain cases non-slip may be needed:

• rug is small
• there is nothing on top of it
• it is installed on a smooth surface such as a wood floor
